Just got back from the LARP cruise. It was tremendous fun. It was interesting seeing perspectives of larp from folks I hadn't met. I strongly encourage people to go to the next one next year!

It was great meeting you too. If you can't make Lullaby, at least try to get to one of the Intercons. You'll have more opportunity to talk larp theory with lots of different people there than anywhere else.

Ah, it was just fine. You waited until the end to kill half the game, which was excellent timing, and while it wasn't the ending I expected, it wasn't a bad ending, you just caught me off guard is all.
